We ship to USA and Europe. Shipping time will be shown at checkout. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.

All prices include tax. But since we are a small business the rate is 0%. 

We do not offer refunds or accept returns, unless the product is damaged or defective. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us at [thegymspiritstore@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
